On Thursday (February 1, 2024), the General Assembly of YATA International – the youth branch of ATA – was held in Istanbul.
Among other , the agenda included elections for new members of the Executive Board. The president of YATA Serbia voted on behalf of his organization, and YATA International received a new Executive Board.
This assembly was held on margins of the conference entitled: “TURKISH ATLANTIC SECURITY CONFERENCES: BLACK SEA ENERGY SUPPLY SECURITY SUMMIT” organized by the Atlantic Council of Turkey.
The main topics of this three-day conference were: Regional energy cooperation in the field of Black Sea energy, Developing effective solutions for Turkey’s energy dependence and the opportunities offered by the Green Transformation, The role and importance of Turkey in the energy security of Eurasia, EU energy dependence and proposals for potential solutions.
