In order to achieve the planned business objectives or resolve possible problems or disputes, the Atlantic Council of Serbia is planning to establish channels of communication with the competent authorities, in order to find the best solution for the client or company. For the client we will provide mobility and communication channels to the state authorities which are relevant for the decision-making process, these will be presented with relevant arguments and information needed to reach a high quality and favorable decision for the parties.

We would like to emphasize that we are also able to provide mediation in cooperation with companies and all relevant state institutions in all the countries in the region. Thanks to the network of the ATA and its regional partners the Atlantic Council can establish the same level of communication in any other country from the region.

This communication may involve coordination and support of international institutions, particularly the European Commission and European Parliament for resolving  any kind of disputes.

This segment includes the establishment of communication activities at different levels and different modalities, all for the purpose of achieving the planned objectives.

In order to achieve the planned business projects, or resolve any disputes or problems related to obtaining the necessary licenses or similar documents, the Atlantic Council activities are  created to give assistance and help in obtaining various documents and permits, through the establishment of priority communications with the competent authorities (primarily administrative bodies) in order to quickly obtain the necessary documentation. In this way it speeds up the otherwise very slow permitting procedures, and provides a more effective achievement of business goals and client companies.
