On Monday, December 9, an informal meeting was held with Colonel Darius Nobbs from NATO SHAPE, NATO’s military headquarters, organized by the NATO Military Liaison Office and the Atlantic Council of Serbia.
The meeting was attended by the participants of the “Demystification of NATO and the EU – Professional Development Tour for Opinion Makers” project – journalists and analysts who already spoke with Colonel Nobbs during a professional visit to Brussels in June.
The project “Demystification of NATO and the EU”, which was successfully completed in September, was financed by the US Embassy in Belgrade.
This conversation was a continuation of the June conversation with Colonel Nobbs, in which the most important topics were discussed, such as Serbia’s position in NATO, its potential as a NATO partner, relations in the Western Balkans, the issue of Kosovo and the future of NATO member relations.
